<p>The EPAY Systems Mobile Punch Application is a valuable tool for BlueforceTM Customers as it allows them to seamlessly collect Time and Attendance data using Apple iPhonesTM. This Mobile Application offers a wide range of features that enhance the overall efficiency of the time tracking process:</p>

<ul>
  <li>Employee Clock In\Out, Start\End Meal breaks</li>
  <li>Supervisor Employee Group Clock In\Out, Start\End Meal breaks</li>
  <li>Capture GPS Coordinates at time of Clock In\Out for verification of location *Optimized to 10 meters accuracy</li>
  <li>Employee punches will be recorded in Blueforce and marked as “Un-Authorized” if the GPS location is outside of the acceptable distance from the work site *Distance is client configurable</li>
  <li>Integrated with Blueforce™ TLM System Time card and Timesheet module</li>
  <li>Location based (GPS) Dropdown list selections for Work Group (Site), Task, and Work Ticket – selections are filtered based on current GPS location.</li>
  <li>Works in offline mode in cases where GPS and Cellular Services are unavailable</li>
  <li>Ability to enter free form comments along with the punches</li>
  <li>Search feature for Work Group (Site), Task, Employee and Work Ticket.</li>
  <li>Ability to collect additional punch details at Clock-Out *Questions to be asked are client configurable.</li>
  <li>Ability for supervisors to Clock In\Out employees by Scanning Bar/QR code representing Work Group (Site), Task, Employee and Work Ticket.</li>
  <li>Employee PTO requests with ability to view pending request status and PTO balances.</li>
  <li>Ability for Supervisors and Employees to Allocate Hours to different Tasks and/or Work tickets from worked hours.</li>
  <li>Consistent look and ease of use, similar to the EPAY Systems Walter Time clocks.</li>
  <li>One button click to access the EPAY Systems Support Team and Help.</li>
</ul>

<p>It is important to note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.</p>
